Care Instructions
General Care
Wipe clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or submerging the toys in water, as excess moisture can damage the wood and finish.
Let them air-dry completely after cleaning. Do not use a hairdryer, heater, or direct sunlight to speed up drying, as this may cause cracking or warping.
Polishing & Conditioning
If the toys begin to look dry or dull, you may apply a small amount of natural oil (such as beeswax polish, linseed oil, or food-grade mineral oil).
Use a soft cloth to rub the oil in, wipe off the excess, and allow it to fully absorb before play resumes.
Storage
Store the toys in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid very humid areas, as moisture can cause swelling, and avoid very dry areas that may lead to cracking.
Handling
While the toys are sturdy, dropping them on hard surfaces may cause dents or chips. Encourage gentle play to keep them looking their best.
For painted or stained toys, avoid rubbing with abrasive materials to prevent damage to the finish.
Safety Check
Periodically inspect the toys for any loose parts, splinters, or cracks. If you find any damage, remove the toy from play until it can be repaired or replaced.
